Shorunke Solomon
a.k.a. "ChiefSoLo" hails from Abeokuta in Ogun State and holds both
ND and HND in science Laboratory Technology (microbiology/virology) from
UNILORIN. He is a gifted and anointed vocalist, composer/arranger,
praise/worship leader and music director. He has worked with various gospel and
non-gospel artistes (such as Buchi, Folake Umosen,Slam,Johnny Ena,Temofe
Ugbona,K spirit, to mention few) and various bands, church choirs (Revival Assembly Church,RCCG
parishes,God's Favourite House,the Salem Church,Foursquare Gospel
churches,Rhema Chapel churches within and outside the country in various
capacities. He currently serves as a member of the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel
Choir ,HOTR lagos.He has also founded his own gospel group called "vessels
de chorale" based in Ikorodu.
His first solo gospel effort "God dey", produced
by SaLem is a song which narrates the various struggles one faces in life. But
the good news is this: when you feel like all hope is gone,always remember God
is alive(God dey)!
